At the end of six weeks, the first group gained weight about 6 pounds and developed insulin resistance and larded muscles with new fat cells. The ones with mid morning exercise rotuine, also gained weight about 3 pounds each and also developed insulin problem and the last group who opted early morning or before breakfast exercising routine has gained no weight and showed up with healthy insulin levels. This shows that early morning exercise prevents weight gain and if you eat a healthy and balanced diet, it will help in weight loss as well.

The other component of early morning exercising that helps in weight loss is the natural sunlight. Waking up early sets your body’s internal clock or circadian rhythms and also boost metabolism. The person who workouts, exercises, jogs or walks or just spend two hours in natural daylight tends to be thinner and manages his weight better. Therefore, ‘Wake up and work out.’
